| SENIOR TRAINING (summer) Lochaber Leisure Centre
Club training nights are Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm. Summer training takes place from the Claggan Park. During the summer months the training centres around, tempo running, long rep sessions with short recoveries, Fartlek and hill work, as we get further into the racing season the training is more structured towards where events fall during the year,so some easier weeks and shorter reps are incorporated to allow runers to peak for major races. We also go onto the hill some nights, so come prepared, bring suitable footwear and clothing. All standards of runners are welcome to come along and join in, no one gets left behind.

Hill Reps: 12x1-2min hill rep, jog back recovery

| JUNIOR TRAINING (summer) Claggan Park
Tuesday evenings 9yrs and over, 6pm till 730pm. Please bring suitable kit, which should include a shower proof top, and suitable trainers. Water should also be taken. Contact Dawn 702576, for up to date info.
