A small but good field of 12 runners lined up for the annual hill race at Loch Arkaig. It was a very misty and wet night which did not make spectating very pleasant but was fairly good for running.
From the gun Paul and Donald battled all the way to the top with Paul eventually pushing Donald into second place. Niall continues to improve as the season progresses with another personal best. Fos had to pull out with a dodgy haircut, sorry hamstring, so got wet and muddy for no reason.
Emma had a good run in the girls race holding off both Aileen and Susan Jane who finished very close together. Congratulations also to Andrew who completed his first hill race.
